Brand Identity & Web Dev

Project Overview

[Status: Completed design & development, pending client launch]

The Client: Ethidigm works with emerging biotech, pharma, and medical device companies to ensure ethical, quality-driven clinical research that can survive regulatory scrutiny. Their mission: educate startups who are serious about doing research the right way- for patients, not just profits.

The Challenge: The founder came to me with expertise in Good Clinical Practice but no brand presence or clear digital strategy. I needed to translate complex regulatory consulting into an approachable brand that would resonate with startup founders while conveying the seriousness and integrity of their work.

Brand Development: Built a visual identity around their core values: ethical practice, integrity, and quality care- balancing professionalism with warmth. The brand needed to feel trustworthy and established (reassuring to startups seeking guidance) while remaining accessible and human.

Scope:

  • Complete brand system: logo design, visual identity, custom graphics

  • Brand strategy and positioning for their target market

  • UX strategy and wireframing for website and client portal

  • Full platform development using GoHighLevel with integrated CRM

  • Employee portal for internal team management

  • Client onboarding and communication workflows

Outcome: Delivered a comprehensive brand and digital ecosystem that positions Ethidigm as the ethical partner for companies who want to do clinical research right. Pending launch.
